If you have a craving for sushi but don’t want to go out because of the Covid-19 pandemic, then you’re in luck because Sushi Mentai is now open for takeaway and delivery. The sushi chain, which is famous for its fresh and delicious Japanese food at an affordable price had been closed temporarily during parts of the Movement Control Order (MCO).
However, in a recent announcement on their Facebook page, the sushi restaurant says that they are now open for orders. Their restaurants remain closed for dine-in but hungry customers are welcomed to get their sushi through takeaway.
The chain, which sells yummy sushi with prices starting from RM1.80 has been sorely missed by Malaysians who stayed at home during MCO. Although the lockdown has been partially eased, people are not encouraged to dine-in as part of social distancing measures. Luckily, your sushi cravings can now be fixed, with just a simple Whatsapp message to the relevant outlet nearest to you.
Do note that delivery is only for certain outlets and Customers are encouraged to opt for takeaway for faster service as well. Food available for takeaway ranges from sushi to appetisers and yakimono to don. There will be up to 45 Sushi Mentai outlets that’ll be open for business.
